Most of my career has been spent in complicated environments.

Lots of teams.
Lots of handoffs.
Lots of good people trying to make sense of work that got more complicated than anyone intended.

Three spreadsheets tracking the same thing.
A Slack thread that became the source of truth.
A weekly meeting because nobody trusts the dashboard.

Sometimes it’s a workflow.
Sometimes it’s an operating model.
Sometimes it’s getting everyone looking at the same picture.

AI has become another part of that work, mostly in helping people make better decisions and spend less time fighting the work itself.
